Add ground cinnamon to baked goods, oatmeal, and coffee for a warm, spicy flavor.


Seasoning

Incorporate cinnamon sticks into savory dishes like stews, curries, and soups to enhance their taste.


Blood Sugar Control

Incorporate 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon into your diet daily, either sprinkled over foods or in tea.


Digestive Aid

Brew a cinnamon stick in hot water for 10 minutes to make a soothing tea.


Cold and Flu Relief

Make a soothing drink by boiling a cinnamon stick with ginger and honey in water. 


Acne Treatment

Mix 1 part ground cinnamon with 3 parts honey, apply to the face, leave on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse off.


Hair Growth Treatment

Create a hair mask by mixing ground cinnamon with coconut oil, apply to the scalp for 15 minutes, then wash out.

Mix a small amount of ground cinnamon with a natural oil or your lip balm and apply to your lips. The cinnamon will stimulate blood flow, making your lips appear fuller. Wash off after a few minutes.
